The new C820RQ is a digital touch screen universal thermostat with a modern and elegant design, featuring only\u00a03 LED digits and 3 buttons<\/strong>. It is designed for the control of heating and cooling systems with temperature setpoint control in ON\/OFF mode or with\u00a0TPI function<\/strong>\u00a0for greater energy and cost savings through advanced management. It is also suitable for meeting the requirements of new plant engineering standards, such as hybrid systems, heat pumps, pellet boilers.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its minimalist and essential appearance, it fits easily into any environment and allows comfort to be managed more effectively, anywhere in the home.<\/p>\n

Dual power supply, mains or battery<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The C820RQ is either mains-powered or battery-powered. The dual power supply allows it to be wall-mounted or mounted on a<\/strong> flush-mounted box<\/strong>, allowing installers to choose between the\u00a0500, 502 and 503 <\/strong>types.<\/p>\n

The thermostat is equipped with a temperature adjustment scale from 2 to 40 \u00b0C with an increment of 0.1 \u00b0C and, as we have seen, it can be powered either from the normal mains or from batteries. In the latter case, the battery life is more than 1 year, thanks to the low-power components used for the display. The output type is a 5(3)A 250 Vac relay and the standard control differential is 0.3 to 5 K. The reference thermal gradient is 4 K\/h.<\/p>\n

The C820RQ thermostat also complies with EN 60730-1 and parts two, Directive 2014\/30\/EU (EMC) and 2014\/35\/EU (LVD). It is classified as Class IV ErP (Reg. EU 811\/2013 – 813\/2013), with guaranteed energy savings through ON\/OFF control or with TPI function for an innovative approach to comfort.<\/p>\n

TPI, or Time Proportional & Integral control, is a control technology used to regulate room temperature. Using a system of advanced controls, the TPI\u00a0adjusts the heating or cooling output in proportion to the time required to reach the desired temperature<\/strong>, using advanced parameters to correct any differences between the actual temperature and the temperature required by the user. This function\u00a0reduces energy consumption<\/strong>, ensuring optimal thermal comfort.<\/p>\n
