New LoRa® wireless solutions unveiled
At Interclima, Fantini Cosmi will unveil new wireless multi-zone temperature control solutions based on LoRa® radio technology, developed to provide long signal range and stable, reliable communication, even within complex buildings.
Long distances, thick walls, reinforced concrete structures, basement areas and potential interference can make communication between devices more difficult, sometimes requiring invasive cabling work.
LoRa® technology helps overcome these obstacles by providing greater installation flexibility, low energy consumption and reliable data transmission. Fantini Cosmi’s new solutions will make it possible to create flexible multi-zone systems that can be easily adapted to the characteristics of each building, in both centralised and independent heating systems.
Alongside its temperature control innovations, Fantini Cosmi will also showcase its solutions for Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) and indoor air quality, designed to promote effective air exchange and improve comfort in residential and professional environments.
Spotlight on ventilation with active air sanitisation
At the exhibition, Fantini Cosmi will present its latest innovation in Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery: RHINOCOMFORT 3, an innovative decentralised MVHR unit with integrated air sanitisation. Its exclusive patented technology combines high-power UV-C and UV-A LEDs with an ozone-free photocatalytic process.
RHINOCOMFORT 3 renews and sanitises the outdoor air introduced into indoor spaces, making a tangible contribution to better indoor air quality. It eliminates up to 99.6% of viruses and bacteria, reduces concentrations of PM2.5, PM10 and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), helps prevent mould and damp, and recovers up to 90% of the heat from outgoing air.
The unit requires no ductwork and can be installed quickly in both new buildings and energy renovation projects, providing a practical response to the comfort and health requirements of modern buildings.
