This year, Fantini Cosmi will also be present at the Career Day, the event organised by the Politecnico di Milano to bring together companies and young students and recent graduates from the Milanese university.
This year’s event will be physical, held at Campus Bovisa on 10 and 11 May, in marquees and the BL27 building. Students of the Politecnico di Milano will be able to meet and get to know 230 companies by visiting the various stands and will be able to talk and interact with company representatives to discover future job opportunities.
Fantini Cosmi will be present on the first day, 10 May, to welcome future talents in the thermoregulation and ventilation sector at its stand. Resource scarcity remains one of the most important challenges companies face today for their future. For Fantini Cosmi too, the search for talent is strategic in order to enrich the product development process with fresh and innovative ideas. Events such as this one at the Politecnico di Milano help bring supply and demand together, introducing young students to the different career paths open to them as a result of the courses of study they have undertaken.
For recent graduates, it is an opportunity to have their first interviews that can help them access the labour market. For Fantini Cosmi, it is an opportunity to meet many young people all on one day, from among which to select the next candidates who can become part of a stimulating team and engage in a professional experience that will put them in contact with all the development phases of a product, from design to mechanics and software programming.
Participation in the Career Day is not the only activity carried out together with the Politecnico di Milano. Throughout the year, in fact, Fantini Cosmi collaborates with the Milanese university by periodically hosting trainees with their thesis projects, who are supervised in the company by Roberto La Capruccia, R&D manager. Several completed thesis projects have already resulted in important product innovations that have been implemented by the company.
