Renew indoor air, prevent unwanted mold and damp while saving money on your heating and A/C expensesFOR MORE INFO
The installation of a Controlled Mechanical Ventilation system with heat recovery makes it possible to change the air in a room, replacing it with cleaner air to prevent mould and moisture and save on heating costs.
There are two solutions: a centralised one for environments in the residential and services sector and a decentralised one for residential environments.
Controlled Mechanical Ventilation is a building fan system with dual flow that ensures constant air exchange in the premises, with limited energy expenditure thanks to heat recovery. The fan and extraction units with highly efficient heat recovery ensure constant air renewal in the room both in summer and in winter, while recovering up to 90% of the heat or cold. Their continuous use helps prevent dampness and the formation of mould on the walls and maintains a constantly low level of pollutants, which are harmful to human health.
The VMC system avoids energy loss caused by opening the windows and ensures more than 90% heat recovery.
Moreover, with minimal operating costs and very little maintenance, it improves the quality of life and increases the value of the property.
Finally, by installing single- or multi-room controlled mechanical ventilation systems you can benefit from 50% or 65% tax incentives depending on the chosen intervention, as foreseen in the “Stability Law” for energy upgrades.
Constant and controlled air circulation inside the house, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
HOW IT WORKS
Centralised system for the residential and services sector:
The system can be installed in any kind of residential or commercial building, for premises being built or undergoing renovation work. With its easy assembly, the system can be fully customised according to the construction features of each room or building. Connection elements ensure excellent sealing and safe coupling for quick and easy installation. We also offer units for installation on walls, floors and false ceilings or in particularly small spaces.
Residential decentralised system:
This system is perfectly suited to renovations in buildings where a centralised ventilation system was not envisaged. With the telescopic tube, it perfectly adapts to any wall thickness and is extremely easy and quick to install, also thanks to the external expansion grille, which can be installed from inside as well.
